In 19th century, a Portuguese immigrants brought this musical instrument to Hawaii and it gained great popularity there. Because of the free flow of information in internet, it became world-wide known in 20th century.
Actually, ukulele is similar to guitar which is made of wood and consisted of plastic or metal strings. However, there are only four strings in ukulele, but there are six stings in guitar. The sound of ukulele is sharper and more relaxed. So, it is easier to play if you want to learn some musical instruments!
Nowadays, there are many ways to learn ukulele free of charge apart from paying fees to the tutor to learn face to face, Watching YouTube is one of the ways.

Oh! "Ukulele" is now popular to teenagers. Also, this word which let me think about one of a song of Jay Chou xdd The Chinese name of that song is as same as "烏克麗麗" When I live in WJY hall in last academic year, my roommate canplay ukulele!:D

oh!Quite interesting ! I slightly understand what the ukelele is and what does it come from and also known somewhere that I can learn ukelele .The article triggers my want that is playing ukelele but the description of the ukelele such its structure, the quality of the sound can be more detailed that make people further realise ukelele.
